Shri 108 Shri Prananath Ji Mandir Trust believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made immediately after making the donation.

However, if the request is made after seven days of making the donation, the cancellation request may not be considered.

• If the donation needs to be withdrawn for any reason, an application has to be given to Shri 108 Shri Prananath Ji Mandir Trust in the name of the General Manager, in which it will be mandatory to mention. (Name, Mobile No., Address, Email ID, Receipt Number, Donation Amount, Reason for Donation Refund and Required Proof) To send the application, you can send your application to support@padmavatipuridham.org and padmavatipuridham@gmail.com.

• If you have made any mistake in filling up the donation form, Shri 108 Shri Prananath Ji Mandir Trust may consider the matter and refund the money.

• If your donation amount is deducted from your account due to internet or bank server problem but you do not receive the donation receipt, you must immediately contact our team on the mobile number or phone number given in the website.

However, in case of any refund approved by Shri 108 Shri Prananath Ji Mandir Trust, it will take 16-30 days for the refund to be processed to the last donor.
